- open any file
 - File -> Print
 - push Button "Properties"
 - select Tab: "Margins"
 - check "Use custom margins"
 - change the margins using the mouse

The mouse pointer changes to either vertical or horizontal bars - but vertical on \
horizontal margins and horizontal on vertical margins ...
