The relation combo editors should offer a configuration option to constrain themselves to some other foreign key in the table.  For instance, if I have a table of countries and a key that represents a countries capital that points to a table full of city names... I want to be able to tell the relation combo to only display those cities that belong to that country in the editor combo for the capital.
