I can verify that the 'refresh imap cache' option does indeed appear in the file menu \
when you've no imap accounts setup. But for me at least it doesn't seem to be causing \
any dialogs to pop up, and since no one else has picked on this bug for over 14 \
months then perhaps it could be marked as resolved?
