When I add a new function to a toolbar the function name and associated icon are \
removed from the possible functions list, but they are not added to the list showing \
the current toolbar functions/icons.  However the function (and thus the icon) have \
been added to the toolbar.  By closing and opening the "configure toolbar" menu item \
you get the new icon back into the list. \
