hmm, Thiago: I'm not sure what 22861 is - is this child only forked for name \
resolving? it's indeed not even trying to do something after having loaded nss_wins. \
Todor: can we have a strace -f ping <host> too? I have no idea what nss_wins is \
supposed to do. I assume it should at least open some samba config files to figure \
where the wins server is.
