This should be largely solved for most toolbars by the fix I did a few weeks back. 

What it doesn't solve is toolbars created or manipulated by plugins, such as the \
Debugger and the External Tools toolbars. This is a consequence of a rather odd \
KXMLGUI design and KDevelop's inability to cope with it. It's a design problem that \
we probably won't solve any time soon.
