We already have the internal "Viewport" object that can constructed *over a string* \
and then applied to the document. Using that urls can look like this: \
http:/someurl?7;C1:0.5:0.118 Viewport string format: "page;uniformDesc" where in this \
case uniformDesc describes the 'viewport center' \
(C1:normalizedXCenter:normalizedYCenter).
