Summary: volume control mixer button behaviour
           Product: kmix
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: KMix Panel Docking
        AssignedTo: esken kde org
        ReportedBy: michael.reiher gmx de

Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

The behaviour when clicking on the "Mixer" button, on the main volume control widget, \
is kind of broken at the moment. Currently it goes like this, if the main window is \
currently shown on a different desktop:

- 1. click minimize on other desktop
- 2. click move to current desktop, minimized
- 3. click in taskbar to maximize

I think ideally the "Mixer" button should behave like when clicking on the tray icon, \
with main volume control turned off i.e. call KSystemTray::mousePressEvent(me), as \
well (although this behaviour is also intentionally broken recently, but thats a \
different story).

And kinda related a wish: If main volume control is turned on (or just always), as \
convenience function, make MMB on the tray icon show the main window i.e. call \
KSystemTray::mousePressEvent(me).

Greets Michael
