When choosing the "collection" list and right clicking on one of the albums, one can \
choose "fetch cover images". Right clicking on albums everywhere else gives two \
options "fetch from amazon u.s." and "set custom cover".

More generally I think that a right click on an album should always show the same \
menu. Also the "view/edit meta information" in the menu seems to be deactivated all \
the time.
