This is broken again for me in KDE 3.3.2.

Tabs in large text input boxes now have absolutely no effect -- focus doesn't leave \
the input box, nor is a tab inserted.

Since I often use the browser without a mouse, this is very annoying (I have to \
activate keyboard mouse control, move it outside the text box, and "click" before I \
can resume page navigation.)
