Scenario:

Open 2 windows.... say konsole and konqueror.  Make konsole the active window.  Right \
click on the titlebar and select To Desktop->All Desktops.  Now right click on \
konqueror, without making it active (konsole is still the active window).  Go to To \
Desktop and notice what is displayed.  Now make konqueror active and right click and \
check To Desktop... its correct now.

The setting displayed doesn't change the actual setting at any point, but does cause \
for some confusion.  I also checked Advanced-> settings but they don't seem to \
reflect this incorrect behavior.
