No! This bug is fixed!

If you guys could just take the time to read Tom Albers comment above, you would \
notice that:

"The tagging for kde 3.3.2 was already done, so some distribution will pick it up \
later on."

In other words:

This bug still exists in KDE 3.3.2, but is fixed in CVS. So unless your distro has \
applied the patch to their KDE packages (Debian has as of 3.3.1-4), then this bug \
still affects you. I am using Debian unstable, and KMail works fine for me now.
