add regex check to see if the message actually refers to something external

Now I know some basics of the programming language, I've looked at the routine
which shows this warning. It looks like this warning is shown always when the
body contains a html-message. Although I agree that catches all cases always, I
think it is rather annoying to see the warning with every single message.

This patch checks if the body contains "http[s]:", which seems very basic, but
works well in my test cases.
