I think that if someone can't implement/resolve a bug report, it has to stay opened \
until someone implements/resolves it.

Democracy is when a programmer creates a patch for something and everyone say if \
(s)he finds it good or not ; dictatorship is when one or two people say "stop wanting \
to do that !".

Where is the freedom here ?
