Summary: new file renamer does not allow using a type twice
           Product: juk
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: wheeler kde org
        ReportedBy: marco.krohn gmx de

Version: 2.1.89 (using KDE 3.3.89 (CVS >= 20041104), compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-2)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.7-1-k7

I sort my music the following way:

  path to music/artist/artist - title

thus I need to insert the type "artist" twice, which was not a problem with the old \
file renamer, but seems to be impossible with the new one.

One more comment about the new dialog. It is surely easier usable than the somewhat \
cryptic line before, but I am not sure it is the most easiest form for file renaming. \
The number of buttons and elements might still confuse a new user. I am no usability \
expert, but I would suggest the following:

* remove the "Insert Folder Separator" and make this its own element (like title, \
                album, ...)
* start with only two or three elements (title, artist) and let the user add / remove \
                further elements
* remove the "enabled" checkbox (not necessary since the user can remove any element)

Example: for my file name I would do:

1. artist
2. folder separator
3. artist
4. title

Does that make some sense?

Thanks a lot for juk :-)
