------- I had a few hours for hacking and did another commit for this bug report.

The following features are now implemented:
* each group can be assigned to a certain programming language or to "All"
* groups assigned to a language which is supported by the project are automatically \
opend on loading the project. The other's are left closed (but can still be opened by \
                the user). Groups assigned to "All" get always opened on loading a \
                project.
* via the "code snippet" settings dialog you can define which groups should be \
                opened:
  - Only groups matching the primary language of the project or
  - also groups matching any language supported of the project.
