Yes. Tried both settings, actually.
I can work now and every folder displays normally, but everytime KMail
starts up it complains that the file .mailboxlist already exists.

Which ones would you recommend? So far, I only know Cyrus and Courier, and
Courier apparently lacks certain features that are needed here.
Unfortunately, I don't control the mail server and when I bug them about
this again, the admins will probably switch to MS Exchange and force
everybody to use Outlook - just to annoy me. :-)
