To be notified if a new message is arrived I use the notification to play a sound. But when I connect to a stronger frequented channel (like #kde-devel) too, this notification cannot be used, because there is too much traffic. I would like to be able to configure a notification for specific channels, so I will be notified if a new message arrived to #digikam, but no notification for a new #kde-devel message.
