kjavaappletviewer is not aware of being an APPLET or OBJECT

passed to the application.  These should be passed as parameters even if they are \
used when invoking java."

There is no support for distinguishing between arguments and param ATM. Needs support \
in khtml too. The problem is that there is only one string list..
