Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

After and upgrade of debian packages the kdevelop3 package won't install the KDE \
headers.

The system is looking for a different version number of a couple of dependency \
packages according to the following error message.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
