In my opinion, when we get a spam message, kopete can quietly discard it, and let the \
spammer bang his head in the wall (does not sound so good in english :(). No spammer \
will ever send so many messages, in a manner that can effect the performance of \
kopete or the network bandwidth. Therefore, ignoring them will do no harm from the \
point of view of our kopete user, in which we have interest.

I will implement the blacklist of metacontacts in libkopete.
I will not touch the protocol-specific blocking, as these may co-exist.
Any objections?
