As a professional software developer of many years I know, that -- left alone -- \
bug-fixing is always on the backburner. Adding new features is always more \
interesting unless a particular bug actively hurts the developer her/himself.

It takes a concerted management's effort and/or a bunch of screaming users to get the \
boring old bugs fixed... Unable to provide the former, I have plenty of the latter \
bitter medicine.
