Was the font you changed the window title font? If so, then KWin needs to be \
restarted, so that it can see the new fonts. Doesn't the font-installer state that \
apps will have to be restarted to see the newly installed fonts? KWin (being the \
window manager - i.e. the app showing the titlebars), would therefore need to be \
restarted.
