Hi,

a very good example (unfortunately from the windows-world) can be looked up under:

https://www2.screensaver.web.de/?mc=hp sp3 screensaver home (must be downloaded by \
adding email adress (free))

This is exactly what I'd like to have under Linux: Its a screensaver that shows \
news-banners of different (selectable) topics like a news ticker, with a very nice \
watch in background. There are many additional features available (horoscope, \
cartoons etc.).
