Nero burning rom for one can burn those cuesheets (note that it took a few minutes to \
load the cuesheet). I also tried cdrwin, but cdrwin can't handle mp3 files. \
Furthermore, most of the cuesheets i've come across appear to be made using this \
utility : http://www.exactaudiocopy.de (alas, no linux version). Hope this helps!
