My ~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc doesnt contain an entry for "EncryptEmail=x" and in \
any event, it should not neccessary for the user to muck around in the config files! \
An UI setting for this is required.

(Apart from that, I cannot find a configuration dialog for the crypto-backends I have \
in Kmail v1.7)
