The Windows chapter is certainly confusing, especially related to how the actual \
applications look like. I don't think applications are built according to the UIG, \
it's more surrounding personal taste/coolness. The question is whether the UIG should \
be corrected, the applications -- or both. The end result should at least be a \
conscious design.

I don't know when the UIG will be fixed, but there's an interest for it.
