In the middle game it is often the case that I want to send ships from several \
planets to the same destination many turns after each other.  It would be nice to be \
able to define a standing order that is valid until I say otherwise.  As it is now, I \
have to reissue the order for every turn.

It would also be nice to be able to see which orders where issued this turn, and to \
be able to cancel orders before ending the turn.
