The version is KSpread 1.3.2 - the current official release.

Your patch is a step in the right direction, but it is clearly insufficient.

The most critical part of this bug is that no backup file is left.

KSpread should rename the original file to .ksp~, then if the save fails, rename it \
back to the original .ksp file. The main point is, a valid file should continue to \
exist at all times in any circumstances.
