Same problem with KMail from 3.3.0_beta2.

Seems like the problem is in the attachment headers: a virus mail with these headers:

Content-Type: application/octet-stream;
	name="file.zip"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
	filename="file.zip"

works fine, instead these ones (generated by a webmail) doesn't:

Content-Type: application/octet-stream
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="racconto.cwk"

and behave like said above.
Seems like KMail doesn't always parses Content-Disposition header.
