Thanks, this fixes the bug I reported. But it introduces another problem:
If I start a drag'n'drop operation and drop the files somewhere where it is not allowed (this should finish the d'n'd operation) and move the mouse pointer back to ark's filelist, the mouse cursor switches back to drag&drop mode (the cursor-symbol which indicates 'drag&drop not possible here'). If I drop the 'files' somewhere, the dialog window 'Filename for clipboard content:' opens...
So one needs to hit 'escape' to quit the failed drag'n'drop operation
