When I click "Feed" | "Fetch" or "Feed" | "Fetch All", akregator doesn't give any \
visual feedback that it's actually fetching.

Ideally, it would display "Retrieving feed from WebSite Name," for each feed, in the \
status bar at the bottom of the window -- as KMail does. After all retrievals, it \
should say something like "Transmission complete. XX new messages." -- as KMail does.
