Summary: akregator should accept feed URLs without "http://"
Product: akregator
Version: unspecified
Platform: RedHat RPMs
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: wishlist
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: berk upnet ru
ReportedBy: kde holovaty com
Version: 1.0-beta1 "Sashmit" (using KDE KDE 3.2.2)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
Ideally, the "Add feed" feature should accept URLs without a leading "http://".
I want to be able to do this:
1. Click "Feed" | "Add..."
2. In the "Feed URL", enter "slashdot.org" (without the "http://")
3. akregator should automatically find that URL's feed. Presently, it doesn't even attempt to \
find a feed for that location.
