Ok, here you have the output of "view souce" of two emails.
Each uses 2 font sizes.

email 1 text: Je teste. (I test, in French), displays correctly as html.
email 2 text: J'ai testĂŠ. (I have tested in French), does not display, says "no html"

email 1:
