I compiled it with the 
"--with-db-libdir=/usr/lib --with-db-includedir=/usr/include/db41 
--with-db-lib=db-4.1"

as you suggested. And removed "~/.kde/share/apps/kdevcppsupport/pcs"

But it still crashed :-(

libkdevcatalog seems to be correctly linked.
