Product: quanta
Version: unspecified
Platform: Compiled Sources
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: crash
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: amantia kde org
ReportedBy: pierre.delagrave hushmail com
Version: Quanta+ 3.2.2 (using KDE KDE 3.2.2)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: GCC 3.2.3
OS: Linux
I was typing this line and looking at the nice auto completion choices, which did not \
made quanta crash. <link type="text/css" rel=
After typing rel= quanta crashed.
I trying to reproduce the bug but it did not crashed the other tries.
Things I did just before it crashed:
Played with the link line and tryed to put it at some place in the xhtml file to see \
what error i was getting. When it crashed the tag was in the head right like this:
<head><link type="text/css" rel=<title>title</title></head>
here is the exact XHTML file i was in:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<?xml-stylesheet href="http://www.w3.org/StyleSheets/TR/W3C-REC.css" \
type="text/css"?> <?xml-stylesheet href="homesite.css" type="text/css"?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" \
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> <html \
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="fr"> <head><link \
type="text/css" rel="d<title>my name is joe</title></head> <body>
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="style.css"/>
<div>
salut
</div>
</body>
</html>
The bug might come from the autocompletion or syntax check routines.
I'll update this bug report as soon as I have more clues about it happened or if it \
happen again
