This one is easy to reproduce:

- Launch Kcontrol, go to windeco control module
- Change the windeco, so any other is previewed
- Press the "reset" button (next to the "apply" button at the bottom of kcontrol)
- See how the settings are reset, but the preview is not reset!

My guess: on resetting (or "undoing"), the preview is not refreshed.
