The printing problem is with KPDF, as an example of this bug take the Troll Tech QT \
white paper (http://www.trolltech.com/pdf/whitepapers/qt33-whitepaper-a4.pdf). This \
document prints fine from KGhostView but in KPDF not only are some of the images \
missing, but the fonts are incorrect as well. This was using the same printer on the \
same machine, so it has to be KPDF.

The version of KPDF I used was 0.3, the version of KGhostView was 0.2 and KDE is \
3.2.2.
