using KDE 3.2.2 from Debian sid/unstable.

my nspluginviewer crashes as well when "use artsdsp" is enabled but artsd is not. \
Please let the plugins check whether arts is available at all, or disable the "use \
artsdsp" option when arts is not enabled, or make it an "use artsdsp WHEN AVAILABLE" \
option.
