Yes. Well, sort of. To visualize it correctly, I must change viewmode to
"Seascape" in kghostview.

Not really. The text is rotated, but not the page, so the text is trimmed on 
the right side.

You can find it in the attachment.

There is no papersize information in the file. 

I really hope this helps.

PS The thumbnails in kghostview have the wrong asapect ratio (The pages look 
stretched vertically up to a portrait size.)
