First of all, it is different from the kicker menu, you get when you right click on a kicker window entry. kwin hides the "stay on top" under advanced. Why is that? Then you have a renaming to "keep above others". Hmm, why not "stay on top"? And why is the rollup modus not in advanced? It does not serve any purpose in KDE, because windows are minimized to the kicker bar. No need to have titlebars hanging around. Has anyone EVER used "stay below others"? Useless feature, if I ever saw one. Not needed even in advanced. Therefore I suggest to resync the kicker and the kwin menues. Usse one consistent wording. Remove the rollup ("Fensterheber") mode or put it in advanced. Put the Stay on Top back in the first level.
