Key short cut: CRTL-N to actually start the game would be more consistent with other \
games.

Icon: "start new game" icon (the white sheet) in the left to accually start the game.

So it shouldn't start in pause status when doing one of the above actions. (which is \
also consistent with other games: if you start a new game you can don't need to \
"un-pause" the game in most games)
