Smooth scrolling can be in any application that has a scroll bar. It's great because \
the screen moves up or down in one continuous, animated motion instead of the jerky, \
three lines at a time. It's also now an option in Mozilla Firebird/Firefox.
How does smooth scrolling work?
Well, if you click on the up or down arrow of the scroll bar, or use the arrows on \
the keyboard, the screen will scroll smoothly instead of fixed amounts that shift the \
screen immediately.
It also works with the scroll wheel on your mouse.
