Launch an application from the menu such as Ace-Solitaire. The launch cursor \
continues to operate after the application is up and running normally. A second "X" \
application may be noted on the panel. This one will eventually go away.

Disable launch feedback and everything is normal.

This may be related to several reports touch launch feedback.
