On the prompt enter "getpin". A dialog should appear. Play around with the dialog, i.e. enter a very long random string, move the mouse over the dialog, etc. Does it work or does it crash? Also please try pinentry-gtk instead of pinentry-qt. You can change this in ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf. This bug is closed as invalid because it's a problem in the crypto stuff that's not part of KDE.
