I remember that KDEPrint had previously a bug in page size / margins computation that could produce that \
problem. Basically, it computed a page size larger than what it should be, so you can view it in the \
preview, but it is clipped when printed. This error have been fixed when I noticed it, so the problem \
should have been disappeared. Is this the case now?
