I applied the patch and it looks like it works nicely. I ran into one strange thing, \
regarding the word  "unbreak". When I type this word in KWord, it is marked as a \
spelling error. When I choose "Check spelling" from the RMB menu of the word, the \
spell check dialog pops up *very* briefly and immediately disappears again. The same \
thing happens when you choose "Check spelling" from the RMB menu of any correctly \
spelled word.

This probably has nothing to do with the patch, since it also happens with \
autospellcheck disabled.
