Reiner, I've looked at the backtrace you kindly supplied us with, but unfortunately it is not much help. \
From the backtrace and your description, it sounds like you are dealing with version incompatibilities. \
Please make sure you have the same version of all kde packages installed. Maybe you can try the very soon \
to be released 3.2 and see if that helps, if you have not already solved the problem in some other way. \
I'll close this bug report as WORKSFORME, but feel free to reopen it, if you are still having these \
problems with a current, complete set of kde rpms or a clean source install.
