Okey dokey... done in KileDocumentInfo etc.

How/where do you wish the delete file extension list to be implemented.

1. A dialog launched from a button in Kile config.
2. The list directly placed on the config dialog, if so under what section (General, Build, Latex etc.).
3. A completly new section in the config dialog.
4. Somewhere else?
