When I change the meta information on an Ogg Vorbis file, the file becomes corrupted.
Reproduction:
Edit the information (eg: set the "Genre" field). Save the change. File becomes \
corrupted, as shown by ogginfo:

I tested with several files, all were corrupted after editing the meta information.
Before the file mentioned above got corrupted ogginfo reported:
